1-Minute Mindfulness

Today is a good day.

As i write this i’m sitting at the sea front, on a little wooden bench close to the edge of the sea wall. The sun shining directly on my skin warming my body and the constant gentle breeze refreshing it at the same time. Carrying with it the salty sweet smell of the water.

There’s no one around, just the sound of the water overlapping as the swell reaches the wall and the breeze blowing past my ear.

Gazing into the distance to see the point where the water meets the sky on the horizon, only a few tiny boats to break up the scenery.

This is almost a moment of oneness.
